Khauhelo Forthunatious (Bafana) Mokgosi
ID NO 7309095508089

Bafana Mokgosi was arrested on 10 April 2010 under SAPS CAS No 145/04/2010. Based on statement in the police docket he violated a protection order 954/10 issued by the Daveyton Court Gauteng.

On the 21 July 2010,
Mokgosi engaged the services of our company to sue the Minister of Police for unlawful arrest. It was agreed that our firm 247 Legal Services would work on contingency basis as Bafana could not afford the services of an attorney to institute his claim against the Minister of Police for unlawful arrest. We concluded an agreement on the express understanding that he would share 50% of the amount the court awarded him in respect of his claim for the unlawful arrest. Had it not been for our diligent forensic investigations, it is doubtful that he would have succeeded to sue the Minister.

Despite entering into an agreement he repudiated on this agreement on the 8 August 2012. Clearly he is not an ethical or trustworthy person in my opinion.

Before your consider to do any business with Khauhelo (Bafana) Mokgosi you may wish to exercise the greatest caution. He appears to be honest, charming, has huge ideas, appears to be inundated with 'lots' of projects, and will entices you with mindbogglingly business opportunities.  With time you will learn your efforts will be in vain.

After Banfana received his R135,000 pay-out from the Police he contacted me and requested me to send him an invoice for the amount that was due per our agreement for tax purposes. Thereafter when 247 Legal Services demanded payment, he refused to make payment.  Unlike my other ethical and honest clients who were also utilised our services to sue the Police for unlawful arrest they have honoured their agreement

In rebuttal to me notifying his cronies he wrote to the NPA on the 4 August 2012 as can be seen below.  With respect the content of the letter to the NPA is false and misleading and I dispute the correctness of the allegation in its entirety.  As to allegations relating to blacks that is the typical race card that the numerous 'deprived' South Africans will use. He was arrested by a black cop.  Reality is 247 Legal provides a reliable service to all South Africans,  contrary to Mokgosi unfounded allegations. Our clients appreciate the services that we provide them and in response when they paid they act ethically and pay their bills
