Dealing with an unlawful arrest

If you have been accused of resisting an arrest which you believe to have been unlawful, a lawyer will be able to help you determine the law and defend you in court.  If you believe that you have been wrongfully arrested, a lawyer can advise you of your rights and help you to sue the person who arrested you. You may sue the Minister of Police or the policeman who arrested you. Remember you can also sue the complainant who falsely charged you.
